Your information follows the help you choose.
Your account keeps your projects, questions, updates and requests together. You decide what to follow, what to ask and whether RejuvAccess may contact an outside organisation for you.
Your RejuvAccess account
An account can hold your name, email address, membership option, interests, watchlist, saved questions, update preferences and requests for research or access help. Your password is stored as a one-way security hash, not as readable text.
Questions and personal requests
Questions are saved only when you are signed in. Personal research and access requests stay in your member account so you can follow the response. Do not place medical records, genetic files or detailed clinical information in a normal website form.
AI-assisted answers
Participant, Gold and Platinum members can receive an AI-assisted answer. The question and a limited set of matching project records are used to prepare the answer. RejuvAccess does not use the public question page to build an advertising profile.
Updates and email
You choose whether to receive research updates and relevant offers. Direct account-security messages and replies to a request are handled separately. You can change these choices in your profile.
Introductions to outside organisations
Your identity is not sent to a company, clinic, doctor, laboratory or study unless you choose that introduction. RejuvAccess can first research a route without revealing who you are.
Browser watchlist
Before you sign in, the watchlist can be kept in your browser. After sign-in, it can be joined to your account so the same list is available on another device.
Security and storage
Member records and form submissions are kept in a protected private storage location. Access is limited to the work needed for the account or request. Security records use a protected account reference or a one-way network hash rather than storing the visitor's raw network address.
Your controls
Inside your profile you can change update choices, download the data connected to your account and delete the account. Account deletion removes the member record, watchlist, questions, notifications, requests and queued messages; remaining security events are disconnected from the deleted identity.
